Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Focus on improving occupancy and quality of care.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC.
- Work effectively with staff and provide leadership during a period of turnaround.
- Monitor and support care plans, providing a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards with an excellent track record of achieving compliance.
- Previous experience in leading and turning around care homes.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff, even in challenging situations.
- A proactive approach to improving occupancy and maintaining a high standard of care.
- Available immediately.
