THE ROLE
This role will see you working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure the seamless delivery on a vast array of high-quality events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering event projects from initial enquiry to completion
- Working with clients to understand event needs
- Advising on solutions to client requirements
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Manage event content
- Liaising with speakers to understand their needs
- Stage management during events
- Booking and management of crewÂ
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Manage events on-site and ensure smooth running
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a client facing project management role, preferably within a similar agency and will have production experience.
