Executive Assistant to Directors

Up to £35K | Birmingham | Hybrid (3 Days in office per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company as their Executive Assistant to Directors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the company's senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily inbox and diary of the senior leadership team, ensuring their time is used effectively
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and circulating relevant documents
  • Produce high-quality correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in line with company policies
  • Process expenses and liaise with the finance team for timely submission and approval
  • Provide support to the wider teams, including managing holiday requests and monitoring absences
