Our incredible Property Management client experiencing rapid growth is looking to add a strong AP Team Leader to join our Client Accounting team based in Birmingham City Centre.

As a Team Leader, you will be working closely with your colleagues and providing them with assistance with their responsibilities and their queries. You'll be leading one of the organisations purchase ledger departments and working closely with experienced transactional accounting professionals. The position is on a fixed term contracted basis and will see you be able to brush shoulders with senior stakeholders within the organisation. They bolster a tremendous culture and often like to reward their staff with evenings out in the City Centre.

Skills Required

  • As this is an Immediately Available Finance Manager opportunity it is a requirement that you are either on an immediate notice period or at most a reduced notice period.
  • To have experience in managing a small team, or to have an ambition to support junior colleagues in their responsibilities.
  • To be charismatic and confident, you will be directly involved with meetings and conversations with senior stakeholders, it is important to be able to communicate in a manner which is effective and efficient.
  • To be confident working in a corporate environment as this role will include aspects of working with senior colleagues and an occasional interaction with clients.
