Key Responsibilities- Lead projects evaluating the implementation of the Audit Firm Governance Code at large audit firms.
- Assess governance aspects of Operational Separation for the largest audit firms.
- Drive engagement with senior leadership and Independent Non-Executives of major audit firms.
- Present key findings from monitoring activities to firms, influencing strategic changes.
- Contribute to the design and application of governance-related policies.
- Support the effective management of the Audit Market Supervision team.
- Play a pivotal role in developing strategic decisions for supervision approaches.
- Degree and/or professional qualification in governance, audit, or a regulatory field
- Understanding of audit practices, governance implementation, and market supervision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Chartered Governance Professional qualification or similar is advantageous
