Role Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of HNW and agricultural clients, providing expert advisory and compliance services
- Delivering strategic financial and tax planning advice, ensuring clients receive value-added solutions
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns
- Supporting clients with business growth strategies, financial planning, and succession planning
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, reviewing work and delegating tasks effectively
- Collaborating with senior leadership to expand and develop the firm’s advisory services

The firm operates a hybrid working model (2 days in-office, 3 from home), providing flexibility while maintaining a strong team environment.
Candidate Requirements- ACA / ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience)
- Experience in advisory services, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and agricultural businesses
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and provide strategic advice
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, particularly in HNW and rural sectors
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value to clients
- Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
- Willingness to develop and grow within a firm that offers long-term career progression
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
