Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking a Commercial Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical financial insight and analysis, supporting the growth of a fast-paced, multi-site business. The role will involve partnering with senior leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer, to drive performance and identify areas for improvement across the division.
?? Location: Birmingham?? Position: Commercial Business Partner?? Full-Time?? Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Business Partner:
- Build strong relationships with operational teams to challenge assumptions and meet performance objectives
- Support the COO and Divisional Managing Directors to achieve budgeted EBITDA
- Identify underperforming services and work with the team to improve performance through cost control and revenue growth
- Develop financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making in Power BI and Excel
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capex reporting for the division
- Collaborate with teams on tenders, fee proposals, and acquisition analysis
- Visit care homes to understand services and support revenue growth
Key essentials of the Commercial Business Partner:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Strong commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
