The CompanyAn established professional services firm with a vast network of offices across the UK is seeking a talented Corporate Finance Assistant Manager (M&A Assistant Manager) to join their growing sector agnostic team. Based in their Birmingham office, you will be part of an expanding team, working closely with directors, partners, and analysts in a highly client-focused role to deliver exceptional results.

The RoleThis Birmingham-based position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to thrive within a high-performing team of M&A specialists. You will support Managers/Assistant Directors in managing acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, and fundraising initiatives. You will work predominantly on mid-market deals, collaborating with owner-managed businesses (OMBs).

The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) and candidates with relevant deal experience are encouraged to apply, this could be in transaction services, M&A or restructuring or debt advisory services.
