Sonic Summary

The Director will serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing transactions and advising on complex deals, negotiations, and fee discussions.
This role requires strong project management skills, focusing on planning, execution, and deal progression.
The position is with a Corporate Finance firm in the Midlands, involved in various advisory services such as strategic advising, buy-side and sell-side transactions, and raising debt and equity.
Candidates should have experience in Corporate Finance or Mergers and Acquisitions, and ideally be ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualified, with ambitions for future partnership.
The salary for this position is up to £120,000 depending on experience, along with a 30% bonus and additional benefits.

As a Director you will be the main point of contact for clients, leading on transactions and advising on more complex deals, fee discussions and negotiations. You will be a strong project manager, and will take reins when it comes to planning, execution, deal management and progression.

A Corporate Finance firm based in the Midlands and covering all aspects of advisory: including strategic, buy side, sell side and debt & equity raising. Working with a range of clients globally, including Private Equity, Corporates and Owner Managed businesses across a wide range of sectors

Description

You will be leading on transactions from start to finish: lead generation, pitching, due diligence and execution. As well as taking a lead internally with development of management and the Midlands brand.
