REED Practice are proud to be representing a top 20 accountancy practice. They are looking to add a corporate finance executive to their esteemed corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will work with a wide variety of clients on an extensive range of projects from mergers and acquisitions to valuations to business planning and raising bank finance. The role will include the following.

  • Carrying out Pre and Post contract financial Due Diligence and Financial reviews.
  • Preparing and assisting with Valuation reports.
  • M&A growth strategy for our national and international clients.
  • Preparing business plans and integrated financial projections.
  • Fundraising - understanding banking facility agreements and overview of the various lenders and funding options available in the market.
  • Assisting with Financial Modelling.
  • Advising on Debt and Equity raising.
  • Assisting with sale or purchase mandates including preparation of information memoranda, management of virtual data rooms etc.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be a qualified or part qualified accountant in ACA / ACCA with prior experience in Corporate Finance.
