Your new companyWorking as a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager within this very successful and supportive National accountancy firm, you will benefit from clear opportunities to develop your experience and progress your career.

Your new roleWorking with clients which include both complex multinationals and smaller OMBs, you will develop excellent relationships with your portfolio and will undertake a mix of compliance and advisory work. You will be responsible for reviewing compliance work undertaken by more junior members of the team and preparing some of the more complex computations. You will also work on advisory projects across a range of matters which might include R&D, succession planning, group reorgs, due diligence, management buy-outs, restructuring, tax audit and international work. You will work closely with senior staff and will have scope to identify opportunities to further improve efficiency and support the development of the team.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will hold ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualifications and will possess clear corporate tax experience gained within an accountancy firm. My clients are looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager who is confidently able to review corporate tax computations and work on advisory projects across a range of tax matters. A tax professional with the desire to develop professionally and who can help more junior members of the team to further their technical knowledge would be preferable.
