Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare insightful reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and guidance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within a professional services firm.
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
- Strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
