Overview

As this exciting hospitality business embarks at the start of their budgeting cycle they are looking to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager to hit the ground running!

This role will see you operate at group level of a complex, PE backed business where you will provide the FD, COO and PE house with information relating to performance against budget. You will analyse key variances in order to ensure continued accuracy and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for group.

You will work within a high-performing team while liaising with Senior Stakeholders at group level, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the organisation. This is a role that will allow you to get your hands dirty with complex analytics and the creation of robust financial models, as well as exercise your critical thinking while you dig through compound problems. Your technical knowledge and qualification will see you implement financial controls, support with audit and confidently manage cashflow.

But it will also allow you to apply your natural "front footed energy" by utilizing that information, thinking and actioning strategically. This will extend itself to taking a keen involvement in the M&A processes.

What is required?

  • Be a Qualified Accountant by ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • This is a well-rounded role and requires an FP&A Manager who is confident with the budgeting and forecasting cycle as well as statutory reporting.
  • Be confident building and working with complex financial models.
  • Have experience working at group level and therefore be confident with complex group consolidation.
  • Be available to start with no longer than a one-month notice period.
