We are recruiting for an Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. Our client is based in West Midlands, operating on a hybrid working model.
The Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader’s responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of clerks, ensuring daily targets are met.
- Overseeing sales ledger processes, including bank reconciliations, and credit control.
- Chasing outstanding payments and managing client credit control.
- Preparing and analysing financial reports with Excel.
The successful Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader will have:
- Proven people management or supervisory experience (even managing a small team counts!).
- Strong sales ledger, credit control, and balance sheet reconciliation expertise.
- Experience working in a larger organisation, ideally multinational.
- Excel proficiency – ability to update and operate spreadsheets confidently.
