My client is a PE backed, rapidly growing professional services company.Position Overview:As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of the organisation. You will lead the finance department, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the strategic goals of the company. Your expertise will guide key financial decisions, risk management, and operational efficiency in alignment with the company's mission to deliver superior professional services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's objectives and growth targets.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective controls and mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
