I am looking for a strong Finance Manager to join our client, a well-established and continuously improving business based in Birmingham, on an interim basis with a generous hybrid setting.
Working in a largely autonomous role you will take ownership of the production of management accounts and variance analysis, financial analysis, KPI reports and MI, this information will be used to produce essential insight and enable you to effectively business partner to various stakeholders throughout the business both financial and non-financial. You will also be responsible for the management of a small yet dynamic team.
Ideally you will:
- Be Qualified by ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong experience working as a Finance Manager on an interim basis.
- Demonstrate great leadership skills with the ability to effectively run a team of closure team assisting with year-end.
- Be comfortable business partnering across the business. It is essential that the position is taken by an individual who is comfortable leading change.
- Have an excellent technical accounting background with the technical ability to pull together a set of accounts.
