About the Role: As a Private Client Tax Manager in my client's Birmingham office, you'll be joining a close-knit team of tax specialists who provide bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of private clients, including entrepreneurs, property investors, and family offices
  • Overseeing complex tax compliance and planning work
  • Providing strategic tax advice on areas including CGT, IHT, and trust taxation
  • Leading and developing a small team of tax professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' private client tax experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Proven ability to handle complex tax planning projects
