Description
- Drive the financial performance of the business through insightful analysis and decision making
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence business decisions
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
