Join a market-leading supplement and skincare brand as they embark on an exciting eCommerce transformation. Known for their innovation and commitment to quality, this company is undertaking a system migration and full eCommerce revamp, with the launch planned for June 2025.

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Projects to lead the delivery of this ambitious project. You'll oversee the end-to-end process of migrating systems and launching a new Shopify Plus platform while ensuring the subscription-based eCommerce model is optimised for success.

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of the system migration and eCommerce overhaul, from planning to post-launch.
• System Migration: Lead the migration process, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Shopify Plus Build: Oversee the development and deployment of the new Shopify Plus platform, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Subscription Expertise: Apply your knowledge of subscription-based eCommerce models to enhance customer experience and drive recurring revenue.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment across teams and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
• Timeline Management: Develop and execute a detailed project plan to meet the tight launch deadline in June.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience delivering eCommerce migrations and platform transformations.
• Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and subscription-based models.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical understanding, including APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel to Birmingham for 2 days a week to collaborate with the team.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project leadership.
