Interim Head of HR: c60,000 +benefits (HybridRole)
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role youwill manage a small HR team, supportingstakeholders across the country.We are looking for an experienced Generalist HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can-do approach.
On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including
- SupportingtheDirector of Peopleto deliver the 3 year plan andPeoplestrategy.
- Managingprojects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Utilisingallavailable data to spot trends, highlight risks and make effective decisions.
- Helping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.
- Mentoring/supporting and leading thePeopleteam towards a business partnering model.
- Providing support to operational managers and thePeopleteam on a wide range ofHR and ER matters.
The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience as a business partneracross a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within thesocialcare/charity/not for profit sector.
- A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- A pragmatic approach to HR
- Experience of working with the deaf community and British Sign Language (BSL) is beneficial.
To be considered for this role you will be Level 7 qualified with a track record of operating in a similar role. Salary - c60,000 +benefits (HybridRole). 6 months FTC. This role is home based, however you will be required to travel to sites 1-2 days per week.
