The Culinary Team at a premium football stadium is seeking a candidate for a position focused on Prep and Live Days ahead of the 24/25 season.
The role involves large scale production under the Head Chef and Sous, with leads managing smaller teams for dish service on live days.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years running a kitchen and 5 years of experience as a CDP or Sous, along with up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen training.
Proficiency in English is required, and experience in Rosette or Michelin Standard kitchens is preferred, along with an NVQ level 2 Diploma or higher in the culinary field.
The salary for this position is not specified, but the commitment includes attending the majority of Men's League, European, Cup, and Women's fixtures.

We are working with the Culinary Team at a premium football stadium ahead of their ambitious 24/25 season. The position is focused between Prep and Live Days. Large scale production of elements with the whole culinary team under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous. followed by Leads breaking into smaller teams, distributing MEP and service of dishes on live days. Commitment to the majority of Men's League, European and Cup matches as well as Woman's fixtures is required.

Expected:

2 year minimum experience running a kitchen.

5 years minimum experience at CDP or Sous.

Proficiency in the English language.

Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines.

Preferred:

Experience at Rosette or Michelin Standard kitchens.

NVQ level 2 Diploma training in the culinary field (or higher)
