Sales Administrator

• £29,000 to £32,000 basic salary Plus Annual Bonus
• Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Kings Norton B38
• Hybrid after 6 months.

Our client is now seeking an Sales Administrator, Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level within a designated product group.

The main duties will be:

• Processing incoming sales orders
• Provide quotations
• Account management of existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and requirements to create sales opportunities.
• Convert opportunities into orders
• Maintain and improve the database of prospects and existing customers
• Identify new leads

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Be able to demonstrate a successful track record in an Internal sales/ account management role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of export procedures and processes.
• Proven experience to work as part of a team.
• Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
