Sales Negotiator

£26,000 Basic Salary + Bonus OTE £40,000

Our client an established company who are experiencing exceptional growth, are now looking to recruit additional Sales Negotiator to join their team. The role will focus on New business via inbound / outbound customer enquiries.

Sales Negotiator Requirements

  • Previous Sales Negotiator, Estate agency, B2B sales / account management experience in within a similar role doing Internal sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Proactive and positive approach

Sales Negotiator Responsibilities

  • Pro actively contacting new clients and to generate leads.
  • Dealing with inbound client calls.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Managing and updating the customer database
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing and reporting monthly sales target.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business.
  • Identifying key accounts and maintain relationships.
  • Following up on customer leads, maintaining control of quotations and relationships.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge on products and services offered by the business.
  • Being aware of market trends and the actions of competitors.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
  • Contribute to generating high quality content and promoting sales through an ecommerce platform.
