Experience in a recruitment business is preferred but not essential, and an understanding of the geography of the UK is beneficial.
The position requires 42.5 hours per week, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 and the ability to work under pressure while making a high volume of outgoing calls.

Experienced in supplying our labour to clients within the demo, rail, civils, m&e, logistics & returb markets.

Venture are hiring for a senior resourcer / candidate care to -

Move core labour from project to project

Source & register new labour

Reference check new labour, checking certificates, RTW & compliance of all labour

Offering training to labour to upskill them and provide a progressive career in construction industry

Key Requirement's -

Experience in a recruitment business preferred but not esssential

have good telephone manner, organised, high energy to find labour within time restraints

Passion for delivering a high service to clients & labour

Understanding of geography of Uk preferred but niot essential

Abiliity to work under pressure & deliver within timeframes

Confident to meet labour on projects & understand career aspirations

Abilty to make high volume of outgoing calls to find availabilty of labour

working times - 8.30am - 5.00

Some morning / evening work

Some weekend work

Total hours per week - 42.5 hours per week
