Randstad Sourceright,a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Temporary Works Coordinator to support a major construction project.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all temporary works (TW) activities to meet project requirements and ensure safe execution.
  2. Maintain and update the TW Register with accurate risk assessments for newly identified items.
  3. Ensure TW design briefs are prepared and validated with the project team, and align with on-site conditions.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and issue certifications to ensure TW compliance with approved designs.
  5. Collaborate with Permanent Works (PW) designers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal construction methods and buildability.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Proven experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator on projects of similar scale and complexity.
  2. Qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with working knowledge of BS5975:2019.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to documentation and compliance.
  4. Familiarity with Network Rail and Highways England standards and approval processes.
  5. Experience with CDM 2015 Regulations, particularly for the Designer and Principal Contractor roles.
