The Role:
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will lead on key areas of school improvement, staff development, and curriculum design, while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Headteacher in leading the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
- Champion the Academies values and ethos, promoting a culture of mutual respect and inclusivity.
- Lead on curriculum development and implementation, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
- Mentor and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and well-being.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to foster strong partnerships.
- Ensure that the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs, are met through tailored support and interventions.

- A proven leader with experience in senior leadership or middle leadership roles, ideally within a diverse and inclusive school setting.
