The Role:

As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the school. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Headteacher in leading the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.

- Lead on curriculum development and implementation, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.

- Mentor and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and well-being.

- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to foster strong partnerships.

- Ensure that the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs, are met through tailored support and interventions.

- A proven leader with experience in senior leadership or middle leadership roles, ideally within a diverse and inclusive school setting.

- Passionate about making a difference in childrens lives and ready to go above and beyond to meet their needs.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the school.
