- Providing HR administrative services to employees, following clearly defined processes in line with defined SLAs
- Using systems, entering data into relevant systems, and ensuring data quality
- Ensuring that administrative processes are undertaken in line with policy, e.g., right to work
- Providing accurate and timely responses and communication with the workforce, responding to queries and requests as appropriate
- Accurately maintaining data and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality
- Providing answers with assurance based on data and understanding of policy and process
- Opening (physical) correspondence and scanning/recording relevant materials
- Preparing and sending (physical) correspondence required to complete processes accurately and on time
- Working in partnership with colleagues to deliver good service
- Producing Management Information (MI) reports and data from relevant systems to answer queries
- Must be immediately available
- Experience using SAP
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience
