£30,000 Full time and Permanent

Please note that this is a fully office-based role.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks including the full employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee enquiries
  • Assist in the production of HR metrics
  • Manage the work experience and intern programme
  • Manage the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process
  • Assist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team

HR Administrator - About you

  • Previous experience working as a HR Administrator
  • Familiarity with UK employment legislation
  • Experience with Payroll is preferred
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, SharePoint
  • Ability to critically examine information for accuracy and quality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with Recruitment
  • Able to work in a team with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data
  • Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
