  • You will assist the Director of People Services with the implementation of the College People strategy.
  • Line Manage the Assistant Director of Employee Operations.
  • Preparing data eg: payroll contracts and various management information.
  • Maximising the use of Apprenticeship Levy and the Apprenticeship experience for employees.
  • Implementing and improving the Learning and Development strategies for staff.
  • You will also get involved in a variety of people based projects.
  • Establishing job evaluations/committee panel, whilst looking at the job evaluation processing, ensuring fairness and equal treatment at all times.
  • This is a rewarding and challenging role with lots of other people based duties involved.
  • You will need to have a CIPD Level 7 qualification and previous HR/People Management experience.
