Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a parent company to a number of businesses, ranging from the utilities industry to a charity. They are looking for an HR Manager on a full or part time basis. This will depend on the experience of the candidate and the timeframe in which they can deliver the requirements of the position. This role is very strategic and supports with the development of company culture and employee engagement across the businesses more so than day to day HR administration.
The Role:
- Working closely with Director and Operations Managers to strategically develop employee engagement and company culture
- Ensuring contract compliance, with a mixture of full time employed staff and contractors
- Advising, and if required handling escalated ER cases
- Leading projects for change and development of working practices
The Ideal HR Manager will have:
- Extensive experience with HR, either CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience and passion for employee engagement
- Understanding of correct practices regarding ER issues
- Understanding and extensive experience with contracts and compliance
