Title: Payroll, Compensation & Benefits ManagerLocation: BirminghamSalary: £37,000 (FTE) (PART TIME ROLE) JGA we are seeking a professional Payroller who has experience with processing payroll, compensation and benefits, that can run the function on a part time basis. This role offers hybrid working and you’ll be responsible for:

Full end to end payroll for circa 200 employees.
Oversee all compensation and benefits processing.
Produce monthly payroll reports.
Process statutory payments.

What You’ll Need:

4 years + processing end to end payroll.
Experience with benefits processing.
Happy to work in a sole role.
Experience with processing statutory payments, benefits, and pensions.
20 hours per week, 1 day in the officer per week.
