Title: Payroll, Compensation & Benefits ManagerLocation: BirminghamSalary: £37,000 (FTE)  (PART TIME ROLE) JGA we are seeking a professional Payroller who has experience with processing payroll, compensation and benefits, that can run the function on a part time basis.  This role offers hybrid working and you’ll be responsible for:
  • Full end to end payroll for circa 200 employees.
  • Oversee all compensation and benefits processing.
  • Produce monthly payroll reports.
  • Process statutory payments.
What You’ll Need:
  • 4 years + processing end to end payroll.
  • Experience with benefits processing.
  • Happy to work in a sole role.
  • Experience with processing statutory payments, benefits, and pensions.
  • 20 hours per week, 1 day in the officer per week.
