We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate recruitment administrator to join a fun and sociable headquarters in Birmingham City Centre! This is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, offering £23.5k a year on an 18-month FTC.

This role is perfect for someone wants to join a recruitment and HR team, and work in a fun sociable office!

The duties for this role would include:

  • Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and clients
  • Managing diaries
  • Booking in meetings and sending out interview links
  • Managing the central inbox
  • Answering recruitment queries
  • Sending out contracts of employment and new starter onboarding information
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Handling any other queries

For this role you would ideally need previous experience in an office ideally within recruitment or HR.
