The company is well set up with a quality database and full use of all of the tools you would need like Linkedin Recruiter and various job boards. Their solid reputation also means that initiating relationships should be made a little easier so things are about as well set as they could be!
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 18 months in recruitment with a track record of making placements under your belt. You will be adept at stakeholder management and understand how to develop clients for the long term and not just have a 'smash and grab' approach,.
