HR Business Partner

Do you want to be a HR Business Partner who takes the lead in driving and implementing HR strategy?
Would you like a manageable employee base - so that you can be a pro-active HR Business Partner, who makes decisions for the long-term business plan, moves your business area forwards, finds solutions.
You’ll be a HR Business Partner who makes a difference, because you won’t spend all your time firefighting - in fact the operational and transactional part of this role won’t take up too much of your time, at all.
As the HR Business Partner you will report directintoa HR Director and a senior Business Director - this means you will be both deeply embedded into the business strategy of the company and contributing directly to the HR strategy.
The HR Business Partner will work within a professional business setting, so will need to bring expertise, influence and an ability to communicate with business stakeholders - you will need to talk both "HR" AND "Business".
Your key focus will be - talent management; succession planning; implementing strategic initiatives; work collaboratively with your HR colleagues; performance management; coach line managers; shape and deliver HR Strategy;
You will have worked in a commercial environment, ideally professional servicesand be a strong influencer, commercial, and robust in challenging.
