I am seeking for a HR Business Partner who comes with a strong background within distribution or retail industry. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support to the General Manager circa 250 people onsite.

This role will be based 3 days onsite in Birmingham and 2 days working from home on a 6 month FTC


HR Business Partner Responsibilities;

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the site
  • Managing the people strategy within the key business unit
  • Support performance management activities
  • Support HR related projects and initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives.


A successful HR Business Partner should have;

  • Proven experience as a HRBP ideally from a Distribution or Retail background
  • Strong generalist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
