Job Title: Part Time HR Advisor

Location: Birmingham B24.

Salary: £29,784 per annum pro rata.

Hours: Part time 32 hours - flexible with hours worked per day

Fixed term contract 6 months.

HR Employment Bureau are currently on the look out for a HR advisor working on a fixed term part time basis. The role would be to start mid-February to March with the end date being the end of August - with a view of extension.

Key Responsibilities -

Create and update HR content which is legally compliant.

Train upskill and support the line managers through coaching and training.

Respond to and answer general queries that are sent to the HR Inbox.

Support delivery of staff training.

Proactively manage and support employee relations cases.

Coordinate the administration of HR cases.

Qualifications required for the role -

CIPD Level 5 - Essential or Equivalent.

Degree or CIPD Level 7 Qualification - Desirable.

Minium 3 years experience in Human Resources.

Experience of a HR Generalist or Employee Relations role at advisory level.

Good working knowledge of UK employment law and future trends.

Knowledge of working with and developing HR policies and procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
