About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys business development and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to companies and offering our recruitment services.

The role is flexible and can be done part-time or full-time, but we recommend a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week to see meaningful progress and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development activities to identify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses in need of recruitment services.

  • Pitch our recruitment solutions effectively and handle client objections professionally.

  • Work independently to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring needs.

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress in a CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is highly desirable but NOT essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.

  • Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections professionally.

  • Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
