Salt Recruitment's Public Sector team is seeking a skilled IT Business Performance Analyst to join an established organisation within the Rail industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on data analysis, forecasting, and operational templates for a critical public-sector programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on data analysis and submission of financial forecasts.
  • Gathering, analysing, and presenting information using predefined templates.
  • Managing purchase orders and supporting financial planning processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data quality and completeness to support informed decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Rail industry is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, with a strong ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
  • Operational Knowledge: Experience working with purchase orders and corporate financials in a complex environment.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present analytical insights.
Additional Details:
  • Interviews: Scheduled for the 15th and 16th of January 2025.
  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid working model - 2 days per week onsite in Birmingham or London (Birmingham is preferred).
