We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking London-based fintech company. This is a mostly remote role (you must be UK based) with once a month get togethers at their HQ in central London. The Product Owner will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for the external customers. Working within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred, innovative digital solutions that align with the business strategy.

You will be required to possess -

  • Proven experience working in a Scrum or Agile team.
  • Familiarity with digital product management techniques, such as Lean Startup.
  • An understanding of database design and information modelling.
  • Experience in financial services or pensions, and working in a regulated environment, is highly desirable.
  • Experience defining, prioritising, and managing product backlog items, ensuring they are clear, feasible, and aligned with the engineering team’s capabilities.
  • A passion to implement customer-first digital experiences that improve the overall customer journey.

Salary is £70,000-£75,000 plus an annual bonus, 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a generous pension scheme, private medical insurance and more!
