Role: Project Manager – HR/Payroll SystemsLocation: Birmingham (2 Days In-Office Weekly)Duration: 12-Month Fixed-TermSalary : £35,000 - £45,000Network IT are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our client to provide programme/project management for their Oracle Fusion solution (specifically their HR and Payroll modules).This role will be perfect for someone who has supported modular systems, with credible experience overseeing programme/project management for system migrations, 3rd party integrations, on-prem to cloud migrations, and implementation of new modules. You will also need to have formal training/certifications in either Prince2 or APMP.You will be required to be on-site minimum 2 days a week at their Birmingham office, so you must be commutable to Birmingham.RoleOur client has a dedicated function to specifically manage their HR and Payroll systems, in which you will be coming in to manage any and all programmes/projects related to these Oracle systems.These systems interfaces with a significant number of users, all with differing requirements and expectations of how these systems are used. Therefore, someone with exceptional stakeholder management is critical to being successful in this role.Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the running of project groups and resources, including the commissioning/decommissioning of teams as and when required.
  • Worked with executive stakeholders to interpret customer requirements against project objectives to ensure project scope is maintained.
  • Keep in consistent and constant contact with stakeholders to ensure efficient transition of projects.
  • Forward plan projects to ensure involvement of relevant customer resources from the get go.
  • Ensure all elements are compliant against the project brief.
  • Monitor budgets and timeline delivery to ensure delivery remains high quality and within scope.
  • Strong documentation against project management methodologies.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have an exceptional background in managing end-to-end projects for modular and bespoke enterprise systems. With a heavy emphasis on stakeholder management, you will have strong experience managing stakeholders who have different system use cases.Other candidate requires to be successful in this position include:
  • Prince2 or APMP certified.
  • Training and/or experience working in an Agile
Exposure to Oracle Fusion is highly desirable, even more so if you have supported their HR and Payroll modules.
