A Birmingham based MSP are now looking to add to their growing Service Desk team. You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.
