Skills:* Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.* Basic understanding of server management, virtualisation (VMware), and storage solutions.* Good understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network security protocols.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support non-technical staff.* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
