Commercial Claims Handler

Birmingham

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000

Our client is an Insurance Broker who have been trading successfully for decades, they support various sized clients from a wide range of industries including agricultural, construction and manufacturing, to name a few. They are currently seeking a Commercial Claims Handler who will handle a variety of different claim types.

The role:

  • The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial claims including Property, Motor and Casualty files managing the losses on a cradle to grave basis.
  • You will work closely with their clients dealing with any questions and queries that they may have either by email or telephone.
  • You will provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients and supporting them throughout the claim process.
  • Adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

The requirements:

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Claims Handler with combined knowledge.
  • Acturis experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong IT, communication and time management skills.
