- At least 2 years of employment law experience within a commercial practice
- Experience dealing with strategic employment law advice, complex tribunal claims, cross-border issues, and senior executive matters
- Familiarity with high-value High Court litigation and an appetite for M&A and outsourcing work
- A strong academic background and excellent technical legal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to operate in a large international firm environment
