This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with a truly national presence, known for its high-quality work and collaborative culture. The Team This firm’s banking and finance offering is widely recognised for its expertise across a broad spectrum of financing transactions – corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance, project finance and invoice discounting – often with a multi-jurisdictional scope. They advise an impressive range of clients including borrowers, lenders and investors, meaning their lawyers have a holistic understanding of the market. The Asset Based Lending (ABL) practice in particular is a standout. Expect to lead on drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents (LMA and non-LMA), intercreditor arrangements and bespoke precedents. There will also be plenty of work around restatements, waivers and restructurings. Clients include leading banks, asset-based lenders and borrowers across a number of sectors. This firm takes collaboration seriously – you’ll work closely with colleagues across restructuring, litigation and corporate to provide a seamless service to clients. Whether it’s supporting borrowers on acquisitions or helping lenders structure complex syndicated facilities, the work is always varied and commercially meaningful. What They’re Looking For You’ll be a confident and experienced banking lawyer, ideally with a strong background in asset based lending or general lending work and a desire to deepen your expertise in ABL. You’ll enjoy working closely with clients and mentoring junior colleagues, and you’ll be looking for a platform where your contributions are recognised and your career can continue to thrive. What’s on Offer
