Employment Solicitor – Birmingham (Hybrid Working)Full-time | Flexible Working | Top-Tier National Work | Public & Private Sector Clients We’re looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team, based in the Birmingham office of a leading UK law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, meaningful employment law matters across sectors including health, local government, higher education, financial services, housing and commercial. You’ll get stuck into a mix of contentious and non-contentious work—from complex Tribunal litigation to TUPE, redundancy, and advisory matters. What you’ll need:
  • Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Confident advising on policies, procedures, TUPE, restructuring, and employee relations
  • Tribunal experience (advocacy a bonus, not essential)
  • Strong client management and commercial awareness
  • Public sector experience helpful, but not essential
