My client, a highly regarded Legal 500 multisite firm based in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate Family Solicitor or Salaried Partner to join its award-winning team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years of experience who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and has the expertise to handle complex family law cases. 

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial matters and Child Act proceedings
  • Providing tailored, high-quality advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism
  • Handling complex family law cases independently, with minimal supervision
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the family law department through collaboration and innovation
  • Staying up to date with legal developments in family law to provide accurate and informed advice

You

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years of experience in private family law
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently, including complex and sensitive matters
  • Strong knowledge of divorce proceedings, financial remedy, and Child Act matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care
