About the Role:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of property disputes, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients. You will work on a variety of matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, lease renewals, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Client Interaction: Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
  • Representation: Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, advocating effectively on their behalf.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
