A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including large multinational corporations and SMEs, on a range of employment matters, many with an international element.

The Role

You will:

  • Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Advocate in employment tribunal cases, preparing cases from inception to completion.
  • Draft contracts, policies, and corporate support documents, including TUPE-related advice.
  • Oversee and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development.
  • Play a proactive role in marketing and business development, including delivering seminars and contributing to publications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with strong experience in employment law, ideally at Senior Associate level.
  • A commercially minded lawyer with the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent technical skills, including legal research, case preparation, and IT proficiency.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
  • A commitment to business development and innovation in client service delivery.
