Are you an experienced Logistics Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee logistics on a major high-rise residential project in the heart of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading main contractor on a landmark city-centre development.

As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of all site logistics, materials, deliveries, and waste management, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Your role will be critical in keeping the project on track and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy for the project.
• Oversee site access, traffic management, and material deliveries.
• Coordinate crane lifts and movement of goods across the site.
• Manage storage areas and ensure materials are distributed efficiently.
• Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce strict health and safety protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve any logistical challenges to keep the project on schedule.

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally high-rise residential.
• Background working with a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of site logistics, traffic management, and material handling.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CPCS, or equivalent).
